Where

Time

Softens

Nestled within Beebe Hill State Forest, Selah is a living landscape shaped slowly through care, creativity, and deep respect for the land we are growing alongside. It is a place made for gathering, reflection, and presence.

The property name, Selah, speaks to a universal pause an intentional spaceWhere meaning has time to arrive.

We are Jordan and Alexandra, partners in life and learning stewards of Selah’s ten wild acres—a place shaped by a spring-fed half-acre pond, open meadows, recovering fruit trees, and an ever-expanding native landscape where wildlife habitats are steadily returning to balance.

When we purchased the property in 2022, the land had largely been left to itself. Years of overgrowth softened paths, obscured long views, and muted its natural rhythms. We began the slow, intentional work of clearing, restoring, and—most importantly—listening. Over time, it became clear what wanted to remain wild and what wanted to be shared. What emerged was not a reinvention, but a collaboration with the land itself.

Above all, Selah is our home. Each year here, its ecosystems and quiet wonders continue to evolve. Native plantings expand with the seasons. New trails are carefully blazed. Spaces are refined, not rushed. Every decision is guided by a simple belief: land that gives generously deserves to be tended with care—and its gifts are meant to be shared thoughtfully.

Selah is a place to exist without hurry, to gather with intention, and to experience the quiet abundance of being held by the natural world. We welcome others into this pause—to mark milestones, to create, to connect, and to spend time on land that has shaped us deeply.
